What revenue level makes this make sense?

Accepted Answer

The Latitude Plan is built for U.S. businesses generating between $1 million and $1 billion in annual gross revenue, carrying uninsured or under-insured risk. Premiums are sized to actuarial risk. They are never sized to a target deduction.

What industries are the best fit?

Accepted Answer

High-risk and high-margin industries are ideal, but the list is broad: medical and dental practices, law and CPA firms, construction and home builders, agriculture, oil and gas, HVAC, manufacturing, electronics, retail, transportation, hospitality, consumer goods, real estate, franchising, and professional services.

If your business grosses over $1M annually, the structure may apply across most industries.

Are there businesses that are not a good fit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Publicly traded companies, businesses with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and companies heavily leveraged by private equity or outside investors (where contracts are structured around EBITDA) tend to be complicated fits.

Do I need my own CPA or attorney, or is that included?

Accepted Answer

The structure is supported by a team of licensed CPAs, attorneys, and actuaries, with full wrap-around compliance services included. Your own advisors are always welcome. We encourage bringing them to the introductory call.
