When you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect the information you enter: name, business email, company, revenue range, industry, and any details you choose to share about your risks. We use it solely to prepare for and conduct your consultation and for related follow-up. We do not sell this information.
Service providers
Form submissions and call bookings are processed by HubSpot, our customer-relationship platform, which stores your contact details and, when enabled, associates them with the pages you visited and the campaign that brought you here. Backup notification email may be delivered via Resend. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and our instructions.
Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@reinsurancespecialties.com. California residents: to the extent business-visitor identification tools are considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA, you may opt out by the same email; we honor such requests for all users regardless of residence.
Data retention & security
Lead and consultation records are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet legal obligations, then deleted. Access is limited to personnel who need it.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes to how contact data is used will be communicated to affected contacts.
